Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- if applying to a Taco Bell Cantina restaurant, must be 21 years of age
- pass background check criteria
- reliable transportation
- basic business math and accounting skills
- able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and stooping during 80% of shift time
- able to perform cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping and trash disposal
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or GED
- college or university degree preferred
- 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail
- basic personal computer literacy
- strong communication skills
- leadership experience as a shift leader preferred
Job Duties
- support the Restaurant General Manager in daily operations
- supervise team members and shift leaders to complete assigned duties
- manage inventory effectively
- ensure financial accountability and proper handling of profit and loss
- maintain food safety and quality standards
- ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers
- solve operational problems with a positive approach
