Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel leadership including front desk and back-of-house operations
- proficiency with relevant computer software
- ability to train and lead a team
- strong organizational skills
- excellent communication skills
- physical ability to perform tasks such as kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- willingness to work flexible hours
- ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Train and provide guidance to staff
- discuss staff performance and training needs with General Manager
- post checks in PMS
- complete weekly labor tracker
- manage payment due reports, postpaid outs, and receipts
- ensure the hotel is always guest ready by maintaining cleanliness and addressing guest concerns
- monitor and follow up on guest feedback
- assign rooms to housekeeping and assist in inspecting rooms
- manage inventory and check property email
- build relationships with vendors and guests
- promote the property through local networking
- lead sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
- assist with housekeeping and laundry duties
- cover employee shifts as needed
- follow property emergency procedures
- perform other duties as assigned
