Job Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Capacity to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required with or without accommodations
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Professional and warm demeanor consistent with company culture
  • Previous hotel experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a hospitality leadership role preferred

Job Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent education
  • At least 2 years of hotel industry experience
  • Prior experience in a similar management role preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Support the General Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient hotel operations
  • Oversee daily department operations and collaborate with team members
  • Assist with budget management and financial oversight
  • Resolve guest issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels
  • Report regularly to the General Manager on operational status and performance
  • Foster a positive team environment aligned with the company culture
  • Participate in strategic planning for operational improvements
