Job Requirements

  • Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Capacity to manage team performance and enforce service standards
  • Competency in inventory and labor management
  • Ability to respond to guest concerns effectively

Job Duties

  • Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations at the direction of the CL
  • Assist the CL with store operations including developing and implementing long-term plans
  • Model leadership behaviors and promote a positive guest experience
  • Hold team members accountable to service standards to deliver excellent guest experiences
  • Ensure food and service quality standards are maintained
  • Support and communicate MSBC initiatives
  • Respond to and assist with guest service issues
  • Open and close the store and lead in the CL's absence
  • Communicate with CL regarding inventory orders and labor/schedule management
  • Assist with compliance of health and safety standards including leading through inspections
  • Oversee and lead kitchen practices and training of new team members
  • Demonstrate personal mastery of quality and service standards including food safety and cleanliness
  • Lead team members to execute food and sanitation practices according to company policy
  • Maintain optimal execution of daily operations ensuring proper implementation of operational policies and procedures
  • Build strong relationships within the community including CLs, guests, team members, and vendors
