Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • preferably three years of experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management
  • familiarity with labor laws and health regulations
  • ability to lead a team and manage multiple priorities
  • excellent interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

  • three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferably
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • knowledge of responsible alcohol service and safety and security systems
  • ability to manage and direct the work of others
  • passion for training and developing a team
  • strong communication and leadership skills

Job Duties

  • manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
  • partner with the general manager to ensure top restaurant performance
  • focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
  • oversee daily operations and team coordination
  • champion change and foster a positive work environment
  • implement safety and quality standards
  • provide training and development for team members
