Job Requirements

- availability for 40 plus hours per week, including varied schedules

- stamina to work extended 12-hour shifts occasionally

Job Qualifications
- minimum of 3 years restaurant experience preferred
- minimum of 2 years restaurant management experience preferred
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- financial planning and budgeting knowledge
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to facilitate problem solving and team building
- capability to deliver results through others
Job Duties
- assist the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
- manage customer and crew experience to ensure satisfaction
- implement Cheba Hut policies for safety and security
- motivate and inspire the team to achieve goals
- recruit, hire, and train staff based on business needs
- conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
- manage bar operations including inventory and scheduling
- oversee financial planning including budgeting and cost control
- coordinate marketing efforts and sales initiatives
- ensure compliance with food safety and responsible alcohol service
- uphold training standards and promote continuous staff development
