Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- minimum of 3 years experience as a manager in a full service, fine dining, high volume restaurant
- strong spirits and wine background
- possession of food certifications as required by law
- knowledge of OSHA and health regulations
- ability to work 11-12 hour days including weekends, weekdays, and holidays
- excellent communication skills
- proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
- experience with scheduling and financial reporting
- ability to manage multiple projects

Job Duties
- Understand and uphold Lawry's brand standards including procedures and guidelines
- comply with employment policies to maintain a respectful workplace free of harassment and discrimination
- address co-worker performance issues promptly following company disciplinary programs
- ensure adherence to Lawry's code of conduct and ethics
- ensure the restaurant meets corporate guidelines for operations, food quality and guest satisfaction
- act as a role model and capable co-worker in multiple restaurant positions
- lead and motivate team members through positive and respectful leadership

- develop staff through training and identifying development goals
