Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory or management role in the hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Proficiency in English communication both verbal and written
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required

Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles
  • Experience in fine-dining, preferably at a French restaurant
  • Strong negotiation and mediation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Demonstrated decision-making and organizational capabilities
  • Attention to detail in maintaining quality and safety standards
  • Ability to manage and develop a diverse team effectively

Job Duties

  • Plan and organize restaurant operations to meet sales and cost objectives
  • Train and lead restaurant staff to achieve high levels of employee retention and guest satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
  • Communicate effectively with team members and resolve operational issues through negotiation and mediation
  • Oversee food quality and consistency in line with French fine-dining standards
  • Make informed decisions to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
  • Develop management and staff skills to support career growth and restaurant success
