Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years management experience highly desired
- Desired knowledge, experience, and understanding of fitness including equipment, personal training, and group fitness
- Strong service orientation and desire to deliver an outstanding member experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to work professionally at all organizational levels
- Work quality must be highly accurate, timely, and in accordance with company policy and procedures
- Excellent task completion and follow-through skills
- Must demonstrate professionalism, cooperation, and ability to work well with all parties
- Ability to travel occasionally for company meetings
- Willing and able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Bilingual skills a plus
- CPR/AED certification required within first 30 days of hire
- Alcohol/Food certification as required at applicable locations
- Attend and participate in required meetings and trainings as needed

Job Duties
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion rates and new member retention goals for their club
- Manage retail inventory to attain goals and profitability
- Teach suggestive selling techniques and monitor sales achievements
- Partner with General Manager and/or Area Manager to support membership sales growth
- Work with Welcome Desk Team to ensure they have necessary tools and resources
- Manage club financial performance with General Manager and/or Area Manager
- Assist in running a club that delivers a welcoming, engaging, and motivating experience
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained club using company tools
- Proactively interact with members to gather feedback
- Work with Club Technician and Custodial Team to improve member experience
- Lead by example working alongside team to complete tasks
- Manage Human Resources and Payroll requirements for team members
- Manage supplies inventory to maintain proper stock levels
- Follow up on injury/accident incidents and report to Risk Management
- Conduct regular club walk-throughs to ensure member experience standards
- Review Listen 360 and social media results for improvement opportunities
- Inspect equipment daily for maintenance or repairs
- Train staff on operational functions of the Club
- Provide leadership and direction to club staff
- Assist in recruiting, selecting, training, and evaluating staff
- Provide coaching or corrective action to ensure performance expectations
- Participate in performance review process
- Resolve member concerns ensuring guidelines are followed
- Analyze and follow company policies to ensure club and member safety
- Maintain a flexible and positive attitude to meet member expectations
