Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk throughout the property for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Marriott brand standards
  • Prior management experience in a hotel setting

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of hotel management experience, preferably Marriott or branded hotels
  • Prior Assistant General Manager or Operations Manager experience preferred
  • Pre-opening experience a plus
  • Strong operational knowledge across departments
  • Proficiency with Marriott systems preferred
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Support daily hotel operations across all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and Sales
  • Ensure consistent delivery of Marriott brand standards and Bennett Hospitality service expectations
  • Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective action plans
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively
  • Serve as Manager on Duty as scheduled
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training during pre-opening and beyond
  • Foster a positive, accountable, guest-focused culture
