Job Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the property for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with Marriott brand standards
- Prior management experience in a hotel setting
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of hotel management experience, preferably Marriott or branded hotels
- Prior Assistant General Manager or Operations Manager experience preferred
- Pre-opening experience a plus
- Strong operational knowledge across departments
- Proficiency with Marriott systems preferred
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Support daily hotel operations across all departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage, and Sales
- Ensure consistent delivery of Marriott brand standards and Bennett Hospitality service expectations
- Monitor guest feedback and implement corrective action plans
- Resolve guest concerns professionally and proactively
- Serve as Manager on Duty as scheduled
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training during pre-opening and beyond
- Foster a positive, accountable, guest-focused culture
