Job Requirements
- Minimum age requirement is 18
- High school diploma or G.E.D. required
- State or County mandated Food Handler Card required within the allotted time
- ServSafe certification is preferred
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to work scheduled 50-hour work weeks including weekdays, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to speak, understand, take direction, read, and write in English
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40 pounds
- Willingness to follow company policies and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- 1 - 3 years of entry-level leadership or management experience in a restaurant or customer service establishment
- Proven track record exhibiting core leadership competencies
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate and teach job functions effectively
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Job Duties
- Contributing to the planning and execution of business goals including profitability
- Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue
- Managing costs and budgets including labor and food expenses
- Participating in selection, onboarding, orientation, and training of new team members
- Providing ongoing training and development of existing team members
- Overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring high quality food and beverage offerings
- Managing record keeping, inventory, ordering, cash management, and sales procedures
