Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of restaurant management experience in luxury dining environment
  • Proven leadership skills with business acumen and attention to detail
  • Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently
  • Experience in developing and executing restaurant concepts and programs
  • Strong interpersonal skills for fostering relationships with guests vendors and staff
  • Ability to comply with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment
  • Superb leadership abilities business acumen attention to detail and a passion for exceptional hospitality
  • Open curious mind with a desire to deliver tailored guest experiences with a hospitality mindset
  • Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to success through engaging developing and mentoring individuals and teams
  • Experience assisting in concept development including food and beverage program service style and standards
  • Experience managing daily restaurant operations ensuring guest satisfaction operational efficiency and quality

Job Duties

  • Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring excellence in guest experience operational efficiency and quality
  • Assist in developing and executing the restaurant concept including food and beverage program service style and ambiance
  • Collaborate on creating menus wine lists and other offerings aligned with upscale positioning
  • Oversee guest reservations seating arrangements and private events banquet functions
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Foster positive relationships with restaurant members hotel guests vendors and staff
  • Provide leadership and direction contributing to hotel success through mentoring and team development
