Job Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of restaurant management experience in luxury dining environment
- Proven leadership skills with business acumen and attention to detail
- Ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences consistently
- Experience in developing and executing restaurant concepts and programs
- Strong interpersonal skills for fostering relationships with guests vendors and staff
- Ability to comply with all relevant laws and regulations
- Eligibility to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- 4+ years of restaurant management experience in a luxury dining environment
- Superb leadership abilities business acumen attention to detail and a passion for exceptional hospitality
- Open curious mind with a desire to deliver tailored guest experiences with a hospitality mindset
- Ability to provide leadership and direction contributing to success through engaging developing and mentoring individuals and teams
- Experience assisting in concept development including food and beverage program service style and standards
- Experience managing daily restaurant operations ensuring guest satisfaction operational efficiency and quality
Job Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations ensuring excellence in guest experience operational efficiency and quality
- Assist in developing and executing the restaurant concept including food and beverage program service style and ambiance
- Collaborate on creating menus wine lists and other offerings aligned with upscale positioning
- Oversee guest reservations seating arrangements and private events banquet functions
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Foster positive relationships with restaurant members hotel guests vendors and staff
- Provide leadership and direction contributing to hotel success through mentoring and team development
