Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2 to 4 years customer service experience
- Availability to work up to 45-50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
- Ability to drive and influence workplace change
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
- Comfortable working in both front-of-house and back-of-house roles
- Valid driver’s license and current insurance including comprehensive and collision coverage
- Willingness to transport pets during emergencies
- Physical ability to move throughout the resort for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform job-related physical tasks
- Professional appearance and demeanor
Job Qualifications
- High school degree or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree equivalent education and experience preferred
- Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and insurance with comprehensive and collision coverage
- Comfort working in front and back of house roles
- Restaurant, retail, veterinary, or hospitality management experience preferred
- Bilingual skills a plus
Job Duties
- Understand and communicate the company mission, values, and objectives
- Assist the General Manager in leadership and communication across financial management, customer service, pet care, and team management
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with resort and company goals
- Create and execute plans to achieve sales revenue, labor, and expense targets
- Maintain operational excellence and ensure compliance with company directives
- Recognize and reward outstanding team performance
- Lead financial data analysis to optimize resort performance and identify growth opportunities
