Job Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Must be able to perform physical job demands including standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and visual inspections
  • Must have effective English communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking
  • Must comply with legal age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Ability to work flexible shifts

Job Duties

  • Conduct daily supervision including guest rooms and public spaces to ensure friendly service, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
  • Provide one-on-one training to new team members on service and checklist expectations
  • Manage shifts ensuring guest service teams provide friendly service and meet guest needs
  • Supervise guest check-in and check-out as well as meal periods
  • Foster a culture of happy team members and guests
  • Verify daily room inspections for adherence to cleanliness standards
  • Assist with inventory management and onboarding of new hires
  • Oversee time clock reviews, auditing procedures, and report submissions
  • Manage purchase order processes and invoice signoffs
  • Ensure adherence to brand quality assurance and safety standards
  • Escalate service failures appropriately
  • Confirm preventative maintenance tasks are completed
  • Ensure team members adhere to work schedules and provide shift coverage when necessary
