Job Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Must be able to perform physical job demands including standing for long periods, bending, lifting up to 25 pounds, and visual inspections
- Must have effective English communication skills including reading, writing, and speaking
- Must comply with legal age requirements for alcohol service where applicable
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to work flexible shifts

Job Duties
- Conduct daily supervision including guest rooms and public spaces to ensure friendly service, cleanliness, and equipment functionality
- Provide one-on-one training to new team members on service and checklist expectations
- Manage shifts ensuring guest service teams provide friendly service and meet guest needs
- Supervise guest check-in and check-out as well as meal periods
- Foster a culture of happy team members and guests
- Verify daily room inspections for adherence to cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory management and onboarding of new hires
- Oversee time clock reviews, auditing procedures, and report submissions
- Manage purchase order processes and invoice signoffs
- Ensure adherence to brand quality assurance and safety standards
- Escalate service failures appropriately
- Confirm preventative maintenance tasks are completed
- Ensure team members adhere to work schedules and provide shift coverage when necessary
