Job Requirements
- HSD or GED preferred
- 1+ years' experience leading, motivating and/or developing others OR US Military Service

Job Duties
- Lead important internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Delegate tasks to team members and report results
- Support General Manager to achieve performance and quality standards
- Supervise food quality, safety, cost, and new menu item implementation in the kitchen
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Ensure memorable guest experience by training staff and organizing service areas
- Partner with restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
