Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus at least one years of related Assistant General Manager experience or high school diploma or equivalent plus at least three years of related experience or any equivalent combination of education and experience
- Computer skills required with ability to communicate effectively through email and manipulate information from spreadsheets and databases
- Experience with hotel information systems

- Strong computer skills including email communication and handling spreadsheets
- Experience with hotel information systems
- Preferred skills include hotel experience, Opera and M3 system familiarity, and operations management in select service or extended stay properties
Job Duties
- Provide strong operational leadership and support to the General Manager
- Maintain and advance hotel brand standards to enhance guest satisfaction
- Execute all accounts receivable and payable duties within the first 30 days
- Support HR processes including new hire onboarding
- Develop staff optimization plans to enable service excellence
- Foster team cohesion and maximize the potential of direct reports
- Manage market share and pursue new business opportunities
