Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma with related experience
  • Minimum one year of Assistant General Manager experience or three years in a related role
  • Experience with hotel information systems
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Ability to analyze and manage financial data including accounts receivable and payable
  • Knowledge of human resources processes and staff management
  • Experience in select service and extended stay hotel operations

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • At least one year of related Assistant General Manager experience or three years in a related field with a high school diploma
  • Proficiency in hotel information systems
  • Strong computer skills including email communication and data analysis
  • Solid operations management experience in select service or extended stay properties
  • Experience with Opera and M3 systems preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide strong operational leadership and support to the General Manager
  • Drive hotel brand standards to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable processes
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and staff development
  • Develop staff optimization plans to maximize team potential
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution on the hotel floor
  • Collaborate with corporate teams and ownership groups to achieve business objectives
