Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma with related experience
- Minimum one year of Assistant General Manager experience or three years in a related role
- Experience with hotel information systems
- Strong communication and computer skills
- Ability to analyze and manage financial data including accounts receivable and payable
- Knowledge of human resources processes and staff management
- Experience in select service and extended stay hotel operations
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least one year of related Assistant General Manager experience or three years in a related field with a high school diploma
- Proficiency in hotel information systems
- Strong computer skills including email communication and data analysis
- Solid operations management experience in select service or extended stay properties
- Experience with Opera and M3 systems preferred
Job Duties
- Provide strong operational leadership and support to the General Manager
- Drive hotel brand standards to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage accounts receivable and payable processes
- Facilitate new hire onboarding and staff development
- Develop staff optimization plans to maximize team potential
- Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution on the hotel floor
- Collaborate with corporate teams and ownership groups to achieve business objectives
