Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel management or a similar supervisory role
- Strong understanding of hotel financials and budgeting
- Demonstrated leadership and team-building capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Proficiency with hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism

Job Duties
- Generates through proper supervision of assigned departments projected revenue levels as well as guest satisfaction
- Participates in the development of short term and long term financial and operational plans for the hotel
- Remains current on business trends and local activities
- Meets assigned departmental budgets and monitors financial statements
- Establishes and maintains an appropriate level of community involvement
- Ensures proper handling of guest complaints
- Assists in the development of new programs which results in an increased level of guest satisfaction and operational excellence
- Knows and complies with all company policies and procedures pertaining to this position and its duties
- Ensures cross-selling of other Shamin Hotels by hotel staff
- Teaches, mentors, and directs hotel staff
- Maintains high visibility and leadership role within the hotel and community
