Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
  • availability to work up to 45-50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
  • ability to drive and influence workplace change
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
  • comfortable working both front-of-house and back-of-house
  • valid driver's license with current insurance and ability to transport pets
  • preferred experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary, or hospitality management
  • bilingual skills a plus

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • understands and communicates the companies' mission, values, and objectives
  • assists the general manager in providing direction, leadership and communication for all site aspects including financial management, customer service, pet care and team management
  • assists the general manager in developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies including lead management and conversion tactics aligned with objectives
  • helps create and execute plans to achieve sales revenue, labor, cost control and expense management targets
  • communicates concerns and needs to leadership as appropriate
  • maintains operational excellence within the resort
  • recognizes and rewards outstanding team performance
  • demonstrates exceptional leadership behaviors
  • implements the data-driven resort plan to meet KPIs
  • analyzes financial data and KPIs to optimize performance
  • develops Shift Leads understanding of financial reports
  • executes corporate marketing plans and develops local market sales lead generation
  • cultivates community relationships to generate leads
  • leverages digital marketing channels for lead capture
  • manages selection, development and performance of subordinate managers and site team
  • manages onboarding and training processes
  • ensures Shift Leads empower team members
