Job Duties

  • Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
  • Assist in managing daily operations including staff scheduling and inventory control
  • Provide training and support to new and existing team members
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
  • Maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant sales and profitability goals
