Job Duties
- Lead and motivate the restaurant team to deliver excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Assist in managing daily operations including staff scheduling and inventory control
- Provide training and support to new and existing team members
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant sales and profitability goals
