Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of restaurant bar or kitchen management experience preferred
- knowledge of labor laws health codes safe food handling sanitation responsible alcohol service safety and security procedures computer operations
- leadership and team management skills
- strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- passion for team development and continuous improvement
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- manage shift managers servers bartenders and service assistants
- partner with the general manager to ensure restaurant operations are top-notch
- focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
- drive team training and development initiatives
- ensure compliance with labor laws health codes and safety standards
- oversee food quality and responsible alcohol service
- cultivate a positive team atmosphere and champion change
