Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Ability to work night and weekend hours
- Physical ability to lift weights up to 100lbs and stand or walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Provide the first positive impression of the health club
- Assist in achieving monthly new member goals
- Manage all facets of the sales process from inquiries to closing deals
- Follow up persistently with guest inquiry leads, emails, and voicemails
- Service existing member inquiries and book additional services like fitness consultations and classes
- Maintain personal membership sales KPIs and monthly targets
- Assist in coaching front desk staff to ensure club KPIs are met
- Execute tasks and projects delegated by the General Manager
- Oversee daily club operations including Front Desk, Porters, and Babysitting teams
- Manage and communicate policies and procedures
- Assist in shift coverage
- Coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Maintain company KPIs standards and set an example
- Provide feedback to staff to improve club performance
- Assist in maintaining club’s VIP/Premier combined capture rate
- Communicate daily with General Manager on club’s front desk status
- Hold weekly staff meetings for feedback and development
- Share informational and motivational messages
- Ensure staff awareness of current membership promotions
- Conduct detailed club inspections
- Ensure signage and marketing are current
- Assist with new hire onboarding and training
- Conduct ongoing staff training
