Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or related role
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Exhibit Captain D's values to guests and team members
- execute operational excellence and General Manager directives in the assigned unit
- serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) when required
- ensure product quality meets Captain D's standards
- maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety
- ensure all team members display Captain D's hospitality
- oversee daily operations and resolve issues promptly
