Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hospitality or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ hospitality management experience in a similar fast-paced or high-volume environment
  • Demonstrated experience managing beverage programs including coffee, cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Strong knowledge of alcohol laws, safety standards, and DOH regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven ability to manage scheduling, labor, and financial reporting
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Certification in alcohol awareness and food handling, or willingness to obtain
  • Proficiency with POS systems and relevant restaurant technology

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hospitality management experience, preferably in a high-volume setting
  • Proven expertise in beverage operations, including cocktail creation, wine service, and coffee programs
  • Deep knowledge of spirits, wine varietals, beer styles, and beverage trends
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing beverage costs and inventory
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
  • Proficient in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and restaurant tech tools
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Alcohol awareness, food handling, and any required certifications (or willingness to obtain)

Job Duties

  • Oversee daily floor operations and deliver high-level guest service in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead and manage Dudley’s beverage program, including coffee, cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Develop, train, and mentor FOH team members on beverage knowledge, service standards, and upselling techniques
  • Collaborate with the General Manager, bar team, and beverage suppliers to curate seasonal cocktail menus, wine lists, and specialty offerings
  • Monitor beverage inventory, ordering, and cost controls to maintain profitability
  • Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, DOH regulations, and safety standards
  • Support GM with scheduling, labor management, and daily financial reporting
  • Engage directly with guests to resolve concerns and ensure memorable experiences
  • Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and continued development of the FOH team
  • Foster a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture
