- prior experience in fast-food or quick-service restaurant environment
- capability to work in a fast-paced setting

Job Duties
- partner with the General Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- lead and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- manage employee schedules and labor costs
- monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- maintain a positive and productive work environment
- support staff training and development programs
