Job Requirements
- HSD or GED preferred
- 1+ years experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US military service
- Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
- Strong customer service and support focus

Job Duties
- Take action first by leading employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Be results oriented by effectively delegating tasks to team members and reporting results
- Lead the experience by supporting the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards
- Supervise kitchen operations including food quality, safety, cost, and new menu items
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Deliver a memorable guest experience by ensuring well-trained staff and organized service areas
- Partner with the restaurant team to ensure safe and efficient operations
