Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- minimum one year experience in restaurant operations or equivalent
- proficient with Microsoft Office
- flexibility to work days, nights, weekends
- ability to travel to other locations if required
- strong communication skills

- ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- willingness to work around kitchen equipment and cleaning products

Job Duties
- demonstrate CKE's core values while assisting the GM in building high performing employees
- execute the performance management process consistently
- partner with the GM and human resources to ensure resolution to employee relations activities
- actively monitor and train all job duties of each position throughout shifts
- ensure proper supervision of restaurant operations
- work assigned schedules to cover all day parts
- drive customer-focused culture and resolve customer issues
- coach and hold shifts accountable around core operational procedures
- assist in creating schedules and completing inventory orders
- ensure food safety standards are met
- partner with the GM to implement restaurant plan and marketing initiatives
- analyze sales, labor, inventory, and controllables and take corrective action
- communicate effectively with team members, guests, vendors, and visitors
- perform other duties to maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency
