Job Requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
- Availability to work up to 50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
- Ability to influence workplace change
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point of sale software
- Comfortable working in both front- and back-of-house roles
- Valid Driver’s License and current insurance including comprehensive and collision coverage
- Ability to safely transport pets in emergencies
- Prior management experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary, or hospitality preferred
- Bilingual skills a plus
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree equivalent education and experience preferred
- Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and point of sale software
- Experience in retail, restaurant, veterinary, or hospitality management preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and insurance
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic animal lover and community ambassador
Job Duties
- Understand and communicate the company's mission, values, and objectives
- Assist the General Manager in providing leadership and communication across site operations
- Develop and implement sales strategies and business plans
- Maintain operational excellence and compliance with company standards
- Analyze financial data and KPIs to optimize resort performance
- Lead recruitment, training, and development of team members
- Drive exceptional customer service and resolve service issues effectively
