Job Requirements

  • Preferably three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
  • Responsible alcohol service knowledge
  • Understanding of safety and security systems and procedures
  • Competence in computer operations
  • Ability to manage and direct others
  • Passion for training and development

Job Qualifications

  • Three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience preferred
  • General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, responsible alcohol service, and safety procedures
  • Ability to manage and direct the work of others effectively
  • Passion for training and developing team members
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience with computer operations related to restaurant management

Job Duties

  • Manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
  • Partner with the General Manager to ensure restaurant operational success
  • Monitor and improve guest-related metrics and engagement
  • Oversee staff scheduling and labor law compliance
  • Train and develop team members to enhance performance
  • Champion change initiatives and promote a positive work environment
  • Ensure adherence to health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
