Job Requirements
- Preferably three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- General knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation
- Responsible alcohol service knowledge
- Understanding of safety and security systems and procedures
- Competence in computer operations
- Ability to manage and direct others
- Passion for training and development

Job Duties
- Manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
- Partner with the General Manager to ensure restaurant operational success
- Monitor and improve guest-related metrics and engagement
- Oversee staff scheduling and labor law compliance
- Train and develop team members to enhance performance
- Champion change initiatives and promote a positive work environment
- Ensure adherence to health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation standards
