Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- experience in restaurant, bar, or kitchen management preferred
- knowledge of applicable labor laws and health regulations
- ability to manage, lead, and develop a team
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Qualifications
- preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, food handling, responsible alcohol service, and safety systems
- ability to manage and direct the work of others
- passion for training and developing teams
- strong leadership and communication skills
Job Duties
- manage shift managers, servers, bartenders, and service assistants
- partner with the general manager to ensure restaurant excellence
- focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
- ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety procedures
- train and develop team members
- oversee daily restaurant operations
- champion change and continuous improvement
