Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 years experience in hotel management or leadership role
- ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for extended periods
- ability to lift, push and pull up to 20lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50lbs
- strong communication skills
- proficiency with property management systems
- flexibility to cover shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 years experience in hotel leadership including front desk and back-of-house operations

Job Duties
- Train and provide guidance to staff
- discuss staff performance disparities and training needs with General Manager and lead staff huddles
- provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure team achieves outstanding results
- post checks in property management system
- complete weekly labor tracker
- manage payment due reports, postpaid outs and receipts
- ensure hotel is always guest ready by maintaining high cleanliness standards and addressing guest concerns promptly
- monitor and follow up on guest feedback and concerns
- suggest and sell amenities
- ensure guest and property security
- assign rooms for housekeeping and assist General Manager in room inspections
- manage inventory
- check property email
- build relationships with vendors and guests
- foster teamwork
- network within local community to promote property and build relationships with competitive properties, local organizations and key clients
- lead in-house guest sales and marketing initiatives
- assist housekeeping in rooms and completion of laundry and public space needs
- cover employee shifts as needed
- follow property emergency procedures and ensure security needs are met
- perform other duties as assigned
