Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
  • Availability to work up to 45-50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to drive and manage workplace change
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and point of sale software
  • Comfortable in front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Valid driver’s license and current insurance with comprehensive and collision coverage
  • Willingness to transport pets in emergencies
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary, or hospitality management preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent education and experience preferred
  • Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
  • Leadership or management experience is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
  • Comfortable working in front and back of house roles
  • Valid driver’s license with current comprehensive and collision insurance
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary management, or hospitality preferred
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members
  • Demonstrated commitment to personal development and business operations understanding
  • Strong community engagement and marketing aptitude

Job Duties

  • Understand and communicate company mission, values, and objectives
  • Assist the General Manager in leadership and site management across financial, customer service, pet care, and team domains
  • Help develop and implement sales strategies including lead management and conversion
  • Drive achievement of sales revenue, labor, cost, and expense goals
  • Communicate operational concerns to General Manager and leadership team
  • Maintain operational excellence at the resort
  • Respond promptly to directives ensuring team compliance
  • Recognize and reward team member performance
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership behaviors
  • Implement data-driven plans to achieve financial and operational KPIs
  • Analyze financial metrics and utilize tools to optimize performance
  • Educate Shift Leads on financial decisions and sales goals
  • Execute corporate and local marketing strategies
  • Engage with the community to promote services
  • Develop team management programs including hiring, training, and coaching
  • Foster a positive culture and manage team performance including corrective actions
  • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high service metrics
  • Oversee recruitment and training for quality staffing
  • Address customer service issues proactively
  • Manage operational policies and ensure OSHA compliance
  • Maintain resort standards including cleanliness and inventory
  • Lead shifts as Manager on Duty
  • Conduct audits and enforce checklists
  • Support General Manager with action plans for hotspot management
  • Other duties as assigned
