Job Requirements
- proven ability to drive positive results
- minimum 3 years restaurant management experience
- proven ability to direct, motivate, coach and develop others
- ability to run great shifts
- demonstrated understanding of the business
- servsafe certification or ability to pass
- must be able to lift up to 45 lbs and perform physical tasks including bending, reaching, pushing, pulling and standing for long periods with or without reasonable accommodations
