- preferably three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures, and computer operations

- train, develop, and coach team members
- champion change and cultivate a positive team culture
- oversee daily restaurant operations to meet performance goals
