Job Requirements

  • preferably three years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
  • general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation, responsible alcohol service, safety and security procedures, and computer operations
  • ability to manage and direct work of others
  • passion for training and developing a team
  • willingness to apply regardless of background

Job Duties

  • partner with the general manager to ensure restaurant operational excellence
  • focus on guest-related metrics and guest engagement
  • ensure compliance with labor laws, health codes, and safety standards
  • train, develop, and coach team members
  • champion change and cultivate a positive team culture
  • oversee daily restaurant operations to meet performance goals
