Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years management experience in full-service restaurant or bar
- experience in promotional and social catering events
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- strong leadership and team management ability
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- demonstrated problem-solving skills
Job Qualifications
- at least 2 years experience as an assistant general manager, service manager, or bar manager at a full-service restaurant with a $2m+ volume
- promotional event experience
- excellent communication skills
- ability to work independently and collaboratively
- strong work ethic and positive attitude
- ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- guest-focused mindset
Job Duties
- report directly to the restaurant general manager
- lead by example showing integrity and performance
- collaborate with the team to deliver an elevated guest experience
- own front of house operations including human resources, operations, and marketing
- partner with hotel management to ensure seamless guest experience
- optimize staffing levels while minimizing overtime
- drive creation and execution of promotional events
- establish and nurture local business partnerships
- take on additional responsibilities while maintaining high service standards
