Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum 2 years management experience in full-service restaurant or bar
  • experience in promotional and social catering events
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • strong leadership and team management ability
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • demonstrated problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • at least 2 years experience as an assistant general manager, service manager, or bar manager at a full-service restaurant with a $2m+ volume
  • promotional event experience
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • guest-focused mindset

Job Duties

  • report directly to the restaurant general manager
  • lead by example showing integrity and performance
  • collaborate with the team to deliver an elevated guest experience
  • own front of house operations including human resources, operations, and marketing
  • partner with hotel management to ensure seamless guest experience
  • optimize staffing levels while minimizing overtime
  • drive creation and execution of promotional events
  • establish and nurture local business partnerships
  • take on additional responsibilities while maintaining high service standards
