Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year experience in hotel leadership including front desk and back-of-house operations
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong team building skills
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Proactive problem-solving approach
- Ability to perform physical tasks including kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending, and twisting for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- Train and provide guidance to staff
- Discuss staff performance discrepancies and training needs with General Manager
- Attend and lead staff huddles
- Provide hands-on support to ensure the team achieves outstanding results
- Post financial checks in property management system
- Complete weekly labor tracker
- Manage payment due reports, posted outs, and receipts
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness
- Address guest concerns promptly
- Monitor and follow up on guest feedback
- Sell amenities and ensure guest and property security
- Assign rooms for housekeeping and assist GM with room inspections
- Manage hotel inventory and property email
- Build relationships with vendors and guests
- Foster teamwork
- Network within local community to promote property
- Lead in-house sales and marketing initiatives to increase occupancy
- Assist housekeeping with cleaning and laundry duties as needed
- Cover employee shifts to ensure operational continuity
- Follow property emergency procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
