Job Duties
- manage shift managers servers bartenders and service assistants in day-to-day restaurant operations
- partner with the general manager to ensure restaurant performance and guest satisfaction
- focus on guest-related metrics and enhance guest engagement
- lead and develop team members through effective coaching and training
- ensure compliance with labor laws health codes food safety and responsible alcohol service
- monitor safety and security procedures and maintain operational standards
- promote a positive team culture and support change initiatives
