Job Requirements
- Perform tasks involving kneeling, squatting, standing, sitting, bending and twisting for long periods
- ability to lift, push, pull up to 20lbs regularly, occasionally up to 50lbs
- minimum of 1 years' hotel leadership experience including front desk and back-of-house operations

Job Duties
- Train and provide guidance to staff
- discuss staff performance discrepancies and training needs with General Manager and lead staff huddles
- provide hands-on support and guidance to ensure outstanding team results
- post checks in PMS and manage weekly labor tracker, payment due reports, postpaid outs and receipts
- ensure hotel is guest ready by maintaining cleanliness and addressing guest concerns
- monitor and follow up on guest feedback and security
- assign rooms for housekeeping and assist General Manager with inspections
- manage inventory, handle property email, build relationships with vendors and guests, foster teamwork
- network within the community to promote the property and build relationships
- lead in-house sales and marketing to increase occupancy
- assist with housekeeping duties and cover employee shifts as needed
- know and follow emergency procedures to ensure security
- perform other duties as assigned
