Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
  • Availability to work up to 45-50 hours per week including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to drive and manage workplace change
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and point of sale software
  • Comfortable working in front of house and back of house roles
  • Valid driver’s license with current insurance including comprehensive and collision coverage
  • Willingness to transport pets in emergencies
  • Experience in restaurant management, retail management, veterinary management, or hospitality preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Job Qualifications

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent education and experience preferred
  • Minimum 2-4 years customer service experience
  • Leadership experience is a plus
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Ability to drive and manage workplace change
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS software
  • Comfortable with front- and back-of-house roles
  • Valid driver’s license and insurance
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, veterinary, or hospitality management preferred
  • Bilingual skills a plus

Job Duties

  • Understand and communicate company mission, values, and objectives
  • Assist the GM in providing leadership and communication across financial management, customer service, pet care, and team management
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with resort and company goals
  • Create and manage plans to achieve sales revenue, labor, cost of goods sold, and expense targets
  • Maintain operational excellence and compliance
  • Reward outstanding team performance
  • Analyze financial data and KPIs to optimize resort performance
  • Execute marketing plans and engage with community and local businesses to generate leads
  • Manage selection, development, and performance of management and team members
  • Oversee onboarding and training programs
  • Coach and mentor team members to follow company standards
  • Recruit and maintain qualified team members
  • Foster positive team culture and engagement
  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Manage shift coverage adhering to labor guidelines
  • Train management on issue resolution
  • Promote a selling culture through team motivation
  • Adhere to company policies and ensure safety compliance
  • Maintain cleanliness, maintenance, and inventory
  • Lead shifts as Manager on Duty, making staffing decisions
  • Communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations
  • Execute daily audits and checklists
  • Assist GM with action plans for operational hotspots
