Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 2 years of fitness facility or customer service-oriented management experience
- CPR/AED certification required or must be obtained within 30 days
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Ability to stand or bend for prolonged work hours
- Ability to understand labor control and staffing levels
- Ability to maintain high facility standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of fitness facility and/or customer service-oriented management experience
- Ability to execute objectives quickly and effectively including achieving KPIs
- Experience leading or supervising employees preferred
- CPR/AED certification (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)
- Clear communication skills demonstrating confidence
- Ability to maintain high standards
- Demonstrated integrity and judgment
Job Duties
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing staff to maintain proper staffing levels
- Monitor and scoreboard performance of staff to meet or exceed KPI standards
- Lead by example by delivering personal and team performance targets
- Manage team member performance standards with ongoing development, training, and coaching
- Impact member retention by delivering the "Wow 10-Member Experience"
- Assist and support the General Manager with scheduling and labor management, member service resolution, employee issue resolution, lead generation, new member acquisition, goal setting and development plans, and staff meetings
- Supervise club asset management including inventory reconciliation, supply ordering, and equipment expenditures
- Maintain a clean facility with equipment operating 100% of the time through compliance with cleaning checklists and work order oversight
- Utilize Crunch-specific tools for communication, documentation, and overall club operations support
- Ensure compliance with all Crunch policies, procedures, and service standards
