Job Requirements

  • HSD or GED preferred
  • 1+ years experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US Military Service
  • Passion for helping and serving customers and team members
  • Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
  • Strong customer service and support focus
  • Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
  • Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Lead important internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management
  • Delegate tasks to team members and report back results
  • Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people, and service areas
  • Supervise food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu item introduction
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
  • Ensure all staff are trained and organize key service areas to deliver memorable guest experiences
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
