Job Requirements
- HSD or GED preferred
- 1+ years experience leading, motivating and/or developing others or US Military Service
- Passion for helping and serving customers and team members
- Commitment to excellence and safety in the workplace
- Strong customer service and support focus
- Ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs
- Ability to provide solutions and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Lead important internal functions including employee training, food safety, and inventory management
- Delegate tasks to team members and report back results
- Support the General Manager to achieve restaurant performance and quality standards in kitchen, people, and service areas
- Supervise food quality, safety, cost control, and new menu item introduction
- Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff to meet sales and profit goals
- Ensure all staff are trained and organize key service areas to deliver memorable guest experiences
- Collaborate with team members to ensure safe and efficient restaurant operations
