Job Duties

  • Utilize knowledge of positional skills to manage daily restaurant operations

  • Partner with the General Manager to create and maintain an engaged work environment
  • Lead, train, and motivate crew members to deliver a 'WOW' guest experience
  • Support operational goals by monitoring restaurant performance and implementing improvement plans
  • Foster a culture of team collaboration and high employee engagement
