Job Duties
- Utilize knowledge of positional skills to manage daily restaurant operations

- Partner with the General Manager to create and maintain an engaged work environment
- Lead, train, and motivate crew members to deliver a 'WOW' guest experience
- Support operational goals by monitoring restaurant performance and implementing improvement plans
- Foster a culture of team collaboration and high employee engagement
