Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • One year or more experience leading, motivating, and/or developing others or US Military service
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Commitment to safety and excellence in the workplace
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate customer needs
  • Ability to provide solutions and make decisions quickly in a fast-paced setting

Job Duties

  • Lead employee training programs
  • Oversee food safety compliance
  • Manage inventory and supply levels
  • Delegate tasks and report results
  • Supervise kitchen operations including food quality and cost control
  • Hire, train, and schedule restaurant staff
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and organize service areas
