Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum one year of Assistant General Manager or relevant hospitality leadership experience
- Computer proficiency including hotel information system usage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage financial processes such as accounts receivable and payable
- Experience in staff management and development
- Familiarity with HR onboarding processes
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus at least one year of related Assistant General Manager experience
- High school diploma or equivalent plus at least three years of related experience
- Proficiency with hotel information systems such as Opera and M3
- Solid operations management experience in select service or extended stay properties
- Effective computer skills including email communication and data analysis from spreadsheets and databases
Job Duties
- Provide strong operational support to the General Manager to uphold hotel brand standards
- Manage accounts receivable and payable duties
- Oversee HR processes including new hire onboarding
- Develop staff optimization plans to enhance team performance
- Lead and support direct reports to maximize their potential
- Balance strategic planning with on-the-floor execution
- Collaborate with corporate staff and ownership groups as needed
