Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one-year supervisory or management experience in fitness, spa, hotel or hospitality industry
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to complete upon hire
- Ability to demonstrate experience in budget development and financial analysis
- High degree of self-organization and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Job Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in business or fitness-related field is a plus
- Minimum of one-year supervisory or management experience in fitness, spa, hotel or hospitality industry
- Experience in a health club environment in operations, fitness or sales preferred but not required
- Current CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to complete upon hire
- Experience in budget development and financial analysis
- High degree of self-organization and discipline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy including Microsoft Word and Excel
Job Duties
- Assist the General Manager in the oversight of club operations, business and performance objectives
- Manage financial performance of multiple departments through achievement of sales, revenue targets, expense management, planning and forecasting
- Monitor level and quality of service through frequent customer interaction and club walk-throughs
- Ensure all managed departments are trained and certified in emergency response, first aid and CPR
- Routinely inspect the facility, equipment, landscaping and surrounding property
- Inspect the facility to ensure proper preventative and routine maintenance mechanisms are in place
- Ensure the club meets all applicable safety protocols
