Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
- knowledge of applicable safety and liquor laws
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical capability to perform required duties including standing and lifting
- effective communication skills

- experience in restaurant management or similar leadership role
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle customer complaints effectively
- proficiency in staff scheduling and team management
- basic financial management skills
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Job Duties
- oversee food preparation and verify quality and serving sizes
- resolve customer complaints regarding food or service
- ensure kitchen and dining areas are cleaned to company standards
- monitor staff and guest conduct to enforce safety standards and liquor laws
- recruit, hire, and orient new team members
- oversee staff training
- schedule work hours to ensure coverage during peak dining times
