Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant industry
  • knowledge of applicable safety and liquor laws
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • physical capability to perform required duties including standing and lifting
  • effective communication skills

Job Duties

  • oversee food preparation and verify quality and serving sizes
  • resolve customer complaints regarding food or service
  • ensure kitchen and dining areas are cleaned to company standards
  • monitor staff and guest conduct to enforce safety standards and liquor laws
  • recruit, hire, and orient new team members
  • oversee staff training
  • schedule work hours to ensure coverage during peak dining times
