Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- preferably 3 years of restaurant, bar, or kitchen management experience
- general knowledge of labor laws, health codes, safe food handling and sanitation practices
- knowledgeable in responsible alcohol service
- familiar with safety and security systems and procedures
- ability to use computer systems relevant to restaurant operations
- strong leadership and communication skills
- passion for staff development
