Job Requirements

  • minimum of 3 years of experience as salaried manager in full service dining
  • experience with full service alcohol serving facility
  • record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction
  • demonstrated leadership skills including coaching, directing, and motivating a team
  • able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
  • able to work in a standing position for long periods of time up to 9 hours
  • experience with quantity food preparation preferred

Job Qualifications

  • management skills and leadership experience
  • 2-3 years of previous restaurant management experience in a quality, contemporary, full service or fast casual environment
  • ability to follow direction and self-motivate
  • excellent communication skills including listening and speaking
  • attention to detail especially in food quality, safety, and sanitation
  • problem-solving skills to turn challenges into opportunities
  • proficiency in POS, Excel, Word, Hot Schedules
  • ability to analyze P&L statements
  • active ServSafe Management Food Safety Certificate
  • flexible schedule including availability for mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • oversee daily restaurant operations
  • maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and restaurant cleanliness
  • manage and motivate staff to meet productivity and appearance standards
  • analyze financial performance and implement course corrections
  • ensure excellent guest satisfaction through exceptional service
  • utilize technology and software systems for scheduling and operations
  • resolve problems quickly and effectively
