Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years AGM experience
  • Ability to manage opening and closing shifts
  • Skilled in HR and recruiting functions
  • Capable of assisting with financial statement preparation
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to manage costs and drive sales
  • Experience in inventory management and placing supply orders
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights and weekends
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong leadership and teamwork skills

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant
  • Strong operational leadership with the ability to lead and manage shifts
  • Hands-on, floor-focused management style
  • Interest in beverage programs within an operations-first role
  • Skilled in leading and developing teams
  • Experienced with inventory and BOH systems

Job Duties

  • Ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly
  • Assist with training, recruiting, HR and administrative duties
  • Assist with financials and statement preparation
  • Assist the GM with customer service inquiries
  • Organize, run and supervise smooth and efficient daily opening and closing shifts
  • Provide guidance and leadership to hourly and management teams while fostering our Culture of Caring
  • Respond immediately and effectively to guest and employee needs and feedback
  • Assist GM in managing costs, driving sales and growing the business in support of financial goals
  • Partner with GM and management team to interview, hire, onboard, train, supervise and develop all BOH employees
  • Perform regular and ad hoc inventories of food, beverage and restaurant supplies and track high cost items
  • Place food, beverage and restaurant supply orders and accept and inspect deliveries
  • Model and promote teamwork across all teams
  • Use tact and good judgment when dealing with challenges pertaining to guests, vendors and employees
  • Work a variety of days and shifts including early mornings, late nights and weekends at multiple sites with or without overnight travel as needed
  • Move and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
